The aim of this journal is to provide a logical outlined space that vaulters of all levels can utilize to help themselves beyond the bar in their personal pole vaulting journey. As you may have already found in your own training, successful pole vaulting requires the assessment of many variables. Things like step count, pole size, grip height, and takeoff step measure, must all come together in just the right way to have a successful jump. It can become rather difficult to keep track of all of this information in your head.
